ELED 5301/ Week 2 Reflection
This week, I have learned how important action research is to administrators. Administrators need to take time to research different areas on their campuses to insure student achievement. The videos help me see the importance of action research in my own environment. With the ever changing environment of education, we must continually find different ways to engage our learners. By using action research, I can help support the needs of my students in the classroom more effectively.

Hi Brett,
ReplyDeleteI can relate to what you have said.
I think what Dr.Chargois said about teaching teachers how to do research is very important. This kind of research is something that I really did not know about. Now I believe it will be empowering for all teachers to know how to collect and analyze data in relation to their own classrooms.
Best,
Nancy
P.S. Thanks for changing the font color. This is much easier for me to read.
